NASHVILLE, Tenn. - (June 26, 2026) — Rising Asian American country artist Bella Lam is encouraging listeners to stop overthinking and start living with the release of her new single, "Bootfirst," available today on all major streaming platforms here: https://found.ee/bootfirst.
Premiered by Countrytown ahead of release day, "Bootfirst" is an uplifting country anthem about embracing life's biggest opportunities head-on. The release arrives as Lam continues to gain momentum on the road and online, performing more than 100 shows each year and building a community of over 91,000 followers across social media.
Co-written by Lam, Jessica Cayne and Kayliann Lowe and produced by Lowell Reynolds, the track was recorded at Nashville's legendary Blackbird Studio.
“Bootfirst” is scheduled to be serviced to Country radio later this summer.

To celebrate the release, Lam teamed up with popular line dance creator Madi.Marie.K to choreograph the official "Bootfirst" line dance.

The line dance launch drew engagement from fellow country artist Lainey Wilson, who commented ‘so fun,’ adding to the excitement surrounding the release.
